My Classes are based in meditation, movement, and breath.
Join me for a grounding practice; rooted in gentle verbal cues. Each class embraces the teaching of a foundational pose that builds confidence in movement and modifications.
Peaceful Sunrise Flow
6:00 am - 7:00am
This class is a slow, thoughtful, deliberate, meditative movement vinyasa flow. Poses will be held longer than a traditional vinyasa class giving time for exploring posture alignment. All levels are welcome.
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Supine Relaxation Meditation | Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of meditation practiced in everyone's favorite pose, Savasana. Relaxation happens at all levels: senses, body, breath, conscious and unconscious mind. The relaxation that comes with a quiet and slowed down mind can be extremely useful for mental, emotional and physical health. Students can anticipate some simple and ground breathing exercises before beginning the meditation practice; dress comfortably and bring layers if you are prone to feeling cold. Whether you are new to this practice or meditation in general, all are welcome to experience their blissful nature.
